  • two planning consultations (4 hours total - via phone call or zoom)

  • overall event design and décor assistance

  • pick-up assistance (ex. picking up a cake or catering)

  • day-of coordination: including:

    • event set-up assistance (3-5 hours prior to event, based on event needs)

    • event break down assistance (1-2 hours post event, based on event needs)

COMPLETE

30-50 guests

  • three planning consultations (6 hours total - via phone call or zoom)

  • overall event design and décor assistance

  • pick-up assistance (ex. picking up baked goods or catering)

  • full vendor coordination (inquiry assistance, full communication + follow up services, etc.)

  • assistance with rsvp tracking

  • up to two included digital DIYs (ex. invites, event signage, bar signs, etc.)

  • day-of coordination, including:

    • event set-up assistance (3-5 hours prior to event, based on event needs)

    • event break down assistance (1-2 hours post event, based on event needs)

  • one event staff member throughout event (for a 2 hour event period, additional time can be added for additional fees)

    • handles replenishing needs (ice, drinks, etc.)​

    • handles restroom & trash up-keep

    • greets guests with waters/ nonalcoholic beverages
